How do I pay?

Currently, we are accepting credit card (Visa, Amex, Mastercard and Maestro), Paypal, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

What is your turnaround time?

Our current turnaround time for CUSTOM orders is:

  • Invitations: 1-2 business days.
  • Boards: 2 business days.
  • Matching items: 2 business days.
  • Party packages 4+ items: 3-5 business days.

What are your business hours?

Our online shop is open 24/7! Business hours for custom orders and customer service are:

  • Monday to Friday (8 am - 5 pm EST)
  • Saturday (8 am - 12 pm EST)

We're closed on Sundays and Holidays.

Do you offer printing services?

We are not offering printing ourselves at this moment. However, if you live in the United States, we have partnered with Prints of Love to offer fast, high quality yet affordable printing. How will I receive my proof and files? (Personalized/ custom orders)

We send the proofs via email. You will receive your designs according to our turnaround time and business hours (see above). We will send your files to the email associated with your account. Please make sure that the email address you provide to us is current as we don’t want your proofs to go astray! If you don't see our message in your email inbox please check your spam folder. Since our messages contain attachments, some email providers send them to your spam folder. If you still can’t find them, do get in touch and we will resolve the situation as soon as possible.

How does an Instant Download - EDITABLE file works?

After placing your order, you will receive an email from Corjl within a few minutes with a direct link to access your template. You can also go to corjl.com and sign in with your email address and Order number (not transaction number). You can use your phone or a computer to edit your templates. With your phone, you can change the text, for major edits you'll need to use a computer. Save your changes, and choose your preferred file format. Print your files in your print shop, at home, or send them via text or email.

Why the color looks different in my printed product vs the digital file?

Colors may vary between online viewing and your actual printed product. All computer monitors display color differently as well as all printers print differently. So please take this into consideration when viewing your design.

What is your cancelation / refund policy?

Because of the nature of our products, returns and/or cancellations are not accepted but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
